Self catering holiday cottage in St Davids

Out of season we offer lower weekly rates and the opportunity to rent on a daily basis from just £50 per night.

A deposit of £60 per week is payable in advance at the time of booking for holidays taken in the main season.  Deposits will be returned should there be no vacency for the dates required or for an acceptable alternative period.  Once the booking has been made and confirmed you have entered into a binding contract and have the right to occupy Llyndir for a holiday within the meaning of Secion 9 of the Rent Act 1977 for the period agreed, subject to payment of the rent in full.

A £30 cleaning charge is applicable to all bookings.

The balance outstanding is to be paid 14 days before commencing your holiday.  This will allow time for the key and further information to be posted to you.

If you find it necessary to cancel your holiday please let us know as soon as possible and we will endeavour to re-let the period concerned.  If successful a refund of any payment received, less an administration charge of £30 per week booked, will be given.  If the property is not re-let then unfortunately you will be liable for the full rent due.  You may wish to take out insurance to cover yourself against such a contingency.

Arrival time is 3.00pm and departure 10.30am.  We employ local cleaners to ensure the cottage is clean and tidy upon your arrival.

The caravans at Llyndir are soley for use by the owners and their use by tenants is prohibited by local planning regulations.  They will not be used during the period you have rented the cottage.

The canoes and boats at Llyndir are soley for use by the owners and their use by tenants is prohibited for safety reasons.

Pets are acceptable on condition that they are well behaved and house trained but they should not be left in the cottage on their own at any time nor allowed on the furniture or beds.  Dog owners must bring their dog's own bed or blanket for sleeping in.  All animal hair is to be cleaned away before your departure.  Dog owners must ensure that their pets are free from parasites and fleas before they occupy the property. Failure to do so will incur subsequent charges.  Any fouling must be cleared up without delay. Attack-trained or fierce dogs are prohibited.  A £10 surcharge is applicable.

You are responsible for replacing or repairing all breakages, damage or loss and for reimbursing the owners of Llyndir for expenses incurred due to damage to proerty or contents.  Any damage to property or contents must be reported as soon as possible to the owners of llyndir.

The owners of Llyndir do not accept any liability whatsoever to any person or member of a holiday booking for any personal injury, loss or damage to property however sustained or caused nor for the loss or theft of property and/or money.
